U našim smo podrumima
nastojali i izgledom i ponudom dočarati tradiciju i kvalitetu naših vina. Kako bi
što bolje doživjeli okuse Rukatca, Opola, Plavca Malog i Merlota, neizbježno ih
je kušati uz ponudu tradicionalnih dalmatinskih i lastovskih specijaliteta:
- Domaći kozji sir i Pašk sir
- Dalmatinski pršut sa zelenim i crnim maslinama
- Slane inćune, riblju paštetu i domaće kapare

Trying to evoke the tradition and to offer the high quality wines Rukatac,
Opolo, Plavac Mali and Merlot. To be able to experience that, you need to try
it together with the offer of our traditional Dalmatian and Lastovo
specialities:
- homemade goat cheeses, Pag cheese
- Dalmatian smoked ham (prosciutto) with green and black olives
- salted anchovies, fish paté, homemade capers
- fritule (prkle) and krostule (Skalice) which are typical desserts in this region(small, sweet cakes made of pastry and fried in oil)

Naša ponuda kvalitetnih vina koje sami proizvodimo - bijelo vino Rukatac, ružičasto vino Opolo, te crna vina Plavac Mali i Merlot.
- Vino Rukatac Šarić - od davnina se proizvodi na otoku Lastovu i poslužuje se ohlađeno na 10-12 stupnjeva Celzijusa, a najbolje se slaže i pristaje uz ribu i morske plodove, bijelo meso i neutralne sireve.
- Vino Opolo Šarić se preporuča servirati na temperaturi od 10-16 stupnjeva Celzijusa uz razna predjela i jela od bijelog mesa i ribe.
- Plavac Mali Šarić hladi se na 16-18 stupnjeva Celzijusa, te se preporuča servirati uz sve vrste pečene ribe i mesa, dalmatinski pršut i razne sireve.
- Merlot Šarić preporuča se servirati na temperaturi od 18 stupnjeva Celsijusa uz sva pečena i začinjena jela, naročito uz ribu i divljač te uz snažne plemenite sireve i dalmatinski pršut.
We offer quality wines that we produce by ourselves - white wine Rukatac, rose wine Opolo, and red wines Plavac Mali and Merlot,
- Rukatac Šarić - This dry white wine has always been produced on the island of Lastovo is served chilled to 10-12 degrees Celsius, and the best match and paired with fish and seafood, white meats and neutral cheeses.

- We offer quality wines wich cannot be fully experienced without good food aside. Therefore, in our winery we exclusively offer Dalmatian cold platter and dishes that are excellent complement to our wines. We offer:

U našoj vinariji možete probati dalmatinske kroštule koje se na Lastovu nazivaju Skalice i spravljene su na poseban na lastovski način. To je tradiocionalni suhi kolač od bezkvasnog tijesta pečen u dubokom ulju. Kroštule su mirisne, hrskave i jako ukusne, a mogu se jesti tople ili hladne.
Lastovske prkle ili fritule - rritule su hrvatska slastica koja nalikuje malim krafnama, a pripremaju se u Kvarnerskome primorju, Istri i Dalmaciji. Obično im se dodaje liker, rakija i korica limuna, mogu sadržavati grožđice, a posipaju se šećerom.

Fritule (prkle) and krostule (Skalice) which are typical desserts in this region(small, sweet cakes made of pastry and fried in oil)
Both are a festive Croatian pastry resembling little doughnuts, made particularly for Christmas but also for Carnival. They are are usually flavored with rum and citrus zest, containing raisins, and are topped with powdered sugar. Fritule resemble the Dutch Christmas snack "Oliebollen" which would be literally translated as "balls of oil".
